Bio: Tensha's first ever friend after landing on Earth. Chloe found Tensha one day alone in the forest, repeatedly attempting to become friends with the strange girl. Chloe would visit that same forest day after day to play with Tensha, though Tensha showed no interest whatsoever. It wasn't until one day, Tensha collapsed from starvation did the pair unfortunately get their proper first interaction...

Over time, Chloe broke the shrewd and stubborn exterior of Tensha, and the 2 became very close friends! Alongside Chloe's brother, Adrian, the trio stood side by side as they came across the path of the NME organization many times! It was actually Chloe that gifted Tensha her signature 'rose hair ornament' that she still wears to this day. Chloe says that the gift is a reminder that no matter what people tell her or who comes after her, this is her home and NO ONE can take that away from her!
