The full moon clawed its way through the storm-choked sky, casting a ghostly silver glow across the deserted rooftop as a colossal robot towered over Redlance, Voltshake, and Wraithwing. Its armor plates shifted with mechanical precision, crimson targeting lights snapping onto the trio before a shoulder-mounted missile ignited and streaked toward them, carving a trail of smoke through the darkness. Redlance lunged forward, thrusting out her arm and unleashing a concentrated beam of searing red energy. Her beam collided with the missile mid-flight, triggering a tremendous orange explosion that illuminated the clouds from below and scattered burning fragments across the rooftop. Before the smoke could settle, Voltshake charged into the chaos, sliding beneath the robot’s swinging arm and driving both electrified fists into its armored leg. Emerald-green lightning surged across the machine’s body, spreading through its joints and illuminating the intricate mechanisms beneath its plating. The colossal robot staggered as sparks erupted from its knees before crashing down onto one knee, its crimson lights flickering as its systems fell offline. Through the drifting smoke, Wraithwing emerged, his purple energy blade glowing like a shard of captured lightning. With a sharp twist of his body, he hurled the weapon across the rooftop, sending it directly into the robot’s chest. For one suspended moment, the machine stood motionless before a blinding violet light erupted from the impact, racing through its armor in branching fractures of supernatural energy. The robot began to disintegrate, its enormous frame breaking apart into thousands of luminous purple butterflies that spiraled into the night sky. Their glowing wings scattered trails of violet light beneath the full moon as the final remnants of the machine dissolved into the darkness. Redlance lowered her arm, watching the last traces of red energy fade from her fingertips, while Voltshake observed the green electricity gradually disappearing from his fists.
