Hybrid Delver of Made in Abyss
Driven by ancestral instincts to protect a sacred anchor, the hybrids would view the town of Orth and the 1st Layer as their personal, sacred "garden." They would be intensely protective of their territory, treating regular humans either as precious pets or as a lower caste meant to serve the bloodline. Kitsune traits breed tricksters. The rulers would find human politics, traditional Delver guilds, and the rules of the Sunrise House amusingly primitive. They would rule with a playful, hedonistic, and unpredictable attitude—testing Delvers with spatial mazes or illusions just to see how they react. Intense Emotional Extremes: Due to the combination of high fertility, promiscuous traits, and demonic rage, the hybrids would be incredibly passionate. Their courts would be filled with intense romance, art, and indulgence, balanced by an terrifying, immediate death penalty for anyone who disrespects the sacred tree or the ruling family. Casual Arrogance Toward the Abyss: While regular Delvers look at the Abyss with fear, reverence, and a longing for the "Longing," these hybrids would look at it as a backyard. Because they bypassed the 2,000-year cycle by teleporting the tree to the 1st layer, they would view themselves as superior to the cyclic doom of the pit, looking down on historical human civilizations that were wiped out before them. The pure bloods fight any monstrous apex predators that rise from the abyss with their spatial, foxfire and fate powers. All kitsune are able to adapt to the incredibly high power level of abyssal predators and counter invasive foreign nations.
