[PROJECT] How Sessions Work

How Sessions Work This is a game presented through recorded simulations. You do not need to control your character live. Before an expedition, you submit your character setup and standing instructions: skills, priorities, roll variants, reactive, equipment and map strategy. Once confirmed, these choices guide your character during the simulation.

Simulation and Updates The Game runs and records the expedition in batches (Videos), normally around five expedition rounds per update. Combat is automatic, using your confirmed combat setup. Map movement follow your submitted priorities and conditions. Recordings and summaries show what happened, including battles, rewards and changes to your character's condition.

An expedition round and a combat round are different: one expedition round can include movement, events and a battle containing several combat rounds.

Your Decisions

At update breaks, you can review your situation and submit instructions for the next batch. These may include changing map priorities, rescue conditions, battle assistance or escape conditions.

You can also request purchases from a Shop your character has already unlocked, provided it remains active and you have enough carried gold. Purchases are resolved between battles.

Combat skills, roll variants, Reactive and equipped items remain locked for the expedition.

Confirmed Instructions The GameMaster confirms which instructions apply before continuing the simulation.

Changes apply only to turns that have not yet been simulated. Watching a recording does not allow earlier decisions or results to be changed.

If you do not respond your latest confirmed instructions remain active

After the Expedition

Your profile is updated with the expedition’s outcome, secured rewards and any losses. Secured Encounter Points can lead to additional scenes and possible awarded items in the Guild.

Alpha: Mechanics and values may change between expeditions. Relevant changes will be announced before your next setup is confirmed.
