This Privacy Policy explains how SYR CORP (“Yodayo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes information when you access or use Yodayo.com, Yodayo applications, AI chat and roleplay features, image and media generation services, model and creator tools, community features, and other products or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Yodayo, the features you choose to access, and the permissions you provide.

1.1 Account Information

When you register for or maintain a Yodayo account, we may collect information such as:

• email address;
• phone number;
• username and display name;
• password or authentication information;
• profile image or avatar;
• biography or profile description;
• account preferences;
• language and regional settings;
• date of birth or age-related information;
• account status;
• communication preferences; and
• information provided when you contact us.

We may require certain information in order to create an account, authenticate you, or provide specific features.

1.2 Age Information

Yodayo is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We may request your date of birth, confirmation that you are at least 18, or other age-related information to enforce age restrictions, comply with applicable law, prevent minors from accessing restricted features, and support our trust and safety systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that the user does not satisfy our age requirements.

1.3 AI Chats, Prompts, and Roleplay Content

When you interact with AI features, we process information necessary to provide those features. This may include prompts, chat messages, roleplay conversations, AI-generated responses, character definitions, character descriptions, scenarios, world information, conversation memories, pinned information, model selections, generation parameters, ratings and feedback, and other information submitted as part of an AI interaction.

Relevant portions of a conversation may be processed together so that the AI system can understand context and generate a response.

Depending on the model or feature selected, information may be processed using infrastructure operated by Yodayo or third-party AI providers acting on our behalf.

You should avoid entering highly sensitive personal information about yourself or another person unless necessary for your use of the Service.

1.4 Images, Video, Audio, and Other Generated Content

When you use media-generation features, we may process text prompts, reference images, uploaded files, generated images, generated videos, audio or voice inputs, generated audio, generation settings, model selections, seeds and technical generation parameters, image or model metadata, LoRA or model files, and other content necessary to complete your request.

We may retain information associated with generations to provide your generation history, maintain the Service, investigate technical problems, enforce our policies, and improve Yodayo.

1.5 Characters, Models, and Creator Content

If you use creator or model-related features, we may collect and process characters you create, character cards, descriptions and prompts, scenarios, uploaded models or LoRAs, model descriptions, tags, example images, creator profiles, follower information, likes and ratings, comments, posts, creator statistics, content visibility settings, and other creator-related information.

1.6 Public and Shared Content

Yodayo includes community and creator features. Content you choose to publish may become visible to other users or the general public.

This can include username, avatar, profile information, posts, comments, characters, models, generated images or media, prompts associated with public content, likes or ratings, follower information, and other information you intentionally make public.

Publicly available content may be copied, downloaded, reshared, indexed, or captured by others. We cannot control what other people do with information after you make it public.

Private conversations are not automatically made public merely because you use an AI feature. They may, however, be processed as necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, perform moderation, investigate abuse, and comply with law.

2. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Credits

If you buy a subscription, virtual credits, or other paid features, we may process information including product purchased, subscription plan, subscription status, purchase amount, currency, purchase date, virtual-credit balance, credit purchases and usage, transaction identifier, invoice or receipt information, refund information, chargebacks, payment status, billing country or region, applicable tax information, and fraud-prevention information.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers, banks, or application marketplaces.

When another provider processes your payment, that provider may collect your full payment-card or bank information directly.

We generally receive information necessary to verify and administer the transaction but do not need to receive your complete payment-card number when payment is handled entirely by a third-party processor.

3. Device and Technical Information

When you access Yodayo, we may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, browser version, device type, operating system, operating-system version, application version, device identifiers, session identifiers, cookie identifiers, language, time zone, screen or display information, network information, Internet service provider, approximate geographic area derived from IP address, referring website, referral or campaign information, and other diagnostic information.

We use this information to operate the Service, protect accounts, detect abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain compatibility, and analyze Service performance.

4. Usage Information

We may collect information about how you interact with Yodayo, including pages and screens viewed, searches, features used, characters viewed or chatted with, models used, generation activity, clicks, session duration, dates and times of activity, content engagement, purchases and conversions, subscription activity, notification interactions, referral source, traffic patterns, errors, and other interaction data.

This information helps us understand how Yodayo is used and how we can improve it.

5. Crash and Diagnostic Data

We may collect technical information relating to errors and application performance, including crash reports, error logs, application state, network performance, latency, device information, memory usage, failed requests, API errors, and other diagnostic events.

We use this information to maintain reliability and troubleshoot technical problems.

6. Device Permissions

Certain features may require access to resources on your device.

Depending on the features available on your device, we may request permission to access:

Photos and Media

For uploading reference images, profile pictures, content, models, or other files.

Camera

For taking or uploading an image directly through a feature that supports camera access.

Microphone

For voice input, speech recognition, voice chat, audio generation, or related features.

Files

For uploading files or saving generated content where supported.

Location

We may use approximate location based on IP address. If a Yodayo feature requests more precise device location, access will be subject to your device or browser permission.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, we may process notification tokens and information about notification delivery or interaction.

You can generally revoke permissions through your browser or device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent features dependent on that permission from working.

7. Login Through Third Parties

We may permit you to sign in through third-party authentication providers such as Google or other providers made available through the Service.

Depending on your authorization, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, third-party user identifier, and authentication information.

We receive only the information made available by the provider and authorized for the login process.

8. Customer Support and Reports

When you contact us or submit a report, appeal, copyright request, or support ticket, we may collect contact details, account information, the contents of your request, screenshots, attachments, links, technical logs, content being reported, and correspondence between you and Yodayo.

We use this information to respond to requests and maintain safety and support records.

9. How We Use Information

We may process personal information to provide and maintain Yodayo, personalize your experience, maintain safety and content moderation, improve and develop the Service, communicate with you, prevent fraud, secure the Service, and comply with applicable law.

We may use automated moderation systems, machine-learning classifiers, and human review to detect policy violations, fraud, spam, malicious automation, and unsafe content.

We may also analyze information to identify bugs, improve reliability, evaluate feature performance, measure engagement, improve recommendations, assess AI quality, evaluate safety systems, develop new features, and understand aggregate usage trends.

We may create aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, and business planning.

10. AI and Automated Processing

Yodayo relies on artificial intelligence systems.

When you use an AI feature, the system may process your prompt, previous conversation context, character information, memory information, generation settings, selected model, uploaded media, content classifications, and other information needed to produce an output.

AI output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, offensive, unexpected, or inconsistent.

Yodayo does not guarantee that AI-generated information is accurate. AI output should not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

11. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers supporting cloud hosting, data storage, AI inference, AI models, image generation, video generation, audio generation, security, content moderation, fraud prevention, payments, analytics, customer support, email, notifications, marketing attribution, and other technical infrastructure.

Where a third-party model or infrastructure provider powers a Yodayo feature, necessary prompts, conversation context, media, or generation information may be transmitted to that provider.

We may also disclose information to payment providers, other users when you publish content publicly, affiliated companies where reasonably necessary to operate or support the Service, legal or government authorities where required by law, and parties to a merger, financing, restructuring, acquisition, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use technologies such as cookies, browser storage, pixels, SDKs, device identifiers, session identifiers, and similar technologies.

We may use these technologies to keep you logged in, authenticate users, remember settings, protect accounts, prevent fraud, measure traffic, understand usage, improve performance, measure marketing campaigns, and operate the Service.

Some cookies are required for Yodayo to function. You may control certain cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may cause parts of the Service to stop working correctly.

13. Analytics and Attribution

We may use analytics, performance, crash-reporting, or attribution providers to understand Service usage and performance.

These providers may process information such as IP address, device identifiers, session information, pages viewed, application events, referral source, conversions, and performance information.

Where required by law, we will provide applicable consent or opt-out mechanisms.

14. Advertising

We may use advertising or attribution technologies to measure campaigns or promote Yodayo.

Depending on your jurisdiction, certain disclosures for advertising purposes may legally be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale,” even if we do not receive money in exchange for the information.

Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, we will provide a method for exercising that right.

We do not sell users' email addresses or phone numbers for money.

15. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention depends on the type of information and why we collected it. Account information may be retained while your account remains active; User Content may be retained until deleted or until your account is deleted, subject to exceptions; transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud, and legal requirements; moderation and security records may be retained to detect repeat abuse and investigate incidents; and deleted information may remain temporarily in backups.

We may retain information for longer where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or defend legal claims.

Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained where it can no longer reasonably identify you.

16. Account and Content Deletion

You may be able to delete certain content or your account through Yodayo settings.

You may also contact [email protected] to request deletion of eligible personal information.

Deletion may result in the loss of characters, chats, media, models, subscriptions, virtual credits, creator information, and account settings.

Information may continue to be retained when required or permitted for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or dispute purposes.

Public content copied by other users may remain available outside our control.

17. International Data Transfers

SYR CORP is based in the United States, and Yodayo operates internationally.

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries in which our service providers or affiliates operate.

Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those where you live.

Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international data transfers.

18. Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect personal information.

However, no Internet service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

19. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access personal information, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, opt out of certain targeted advertising or sales/sharing, appeal certain privacy decisions, and complain to an appropriate privacy regulator.

California residents may have additional rights under California privacy laws, including rights to know categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request correction or deletion, know categories of sources and recipients, and opt out of activities considered selling or sharing where applicable.

Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process that signal as required.

Because there is no universally accepted standard governing traditional “Do Not Track” signals, we may not respond to all such signals.

24. Adults Only

Yodayo is intended solely for persons 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to maintain accounts.

If we learn that an individual under 18 has created an account or provided personal information, we may suspend the account and take reasonable steps to delete associated personal information.

25. Third-Party Services

Yodayo may link to or integrate with services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Yodayo, our technology, our business, applicable laws, our vendors, or our privacy practices.
