Scary man: If you don't want your precious father's to go bye bye, you'll come with me without any trouble, got it?

Scary man: Good girls. Victor, transport us back!

Talking into the gadget around his wrist, suddenly, the 3 of them get transported away from the house. Now at a location that isn't far off from the Icy land Tensha and An had previously fought at, a hidden door reveals itself. The 3 step in and continue walking down a long staircase

Scary man: You have your mother to blame for all of this, had she just given herself up so long ago, this wouldn't be happening

Sumire: My mommy wouldn't give up to a bad man like you

Scary man: Yes, I know that first hand, I've lost EVERYTHING because of her...but now!

At the end of the stairs is an underground laboratory, there in the center is a large pod-like structure. Both Sumire and Kaitlyn sense intense energy coming from the pod.

Sumire & Kaitlyn: ...?!

Greeting the scary looking man, another strange man by the name of Victor seems to be working on something that connects to the pod.

Victor: Welcome back, Mr. Vex.

Kaitlyn: What is this place...

Mr. Vex: You see, we've been keeping an eye on your mother until suddenly one day she disappeared from our watch. Until a few days ago, not far from our base, we've witnessed something astounding! 2 beings clashing with incredible strength, then come to find out that one of those beings was called the same name we've lost sight of, Tensha!

Sumire: Who are you...

Mr. Vex: We are– or what's left of, NME

Kaitlyn: NME?

Victor: Network for Metahuman Extermination

Sumire: My mom told me about you! You kidnap people that are different and turn them into robots!

Mr. Vex: Not robots you snotty little– cyborgs! A perfect weapon for a perfect world! For the betterment of humanity! Humans shouldn't be deviating from our natural evolution, yet over time, more and more people have appeared with animal-like traits whether it be wolf, bunny, fox...it's shameful!

Victor: That's where we come in, a goal to create the ultimate weapon to exterminate these metahumans!

Sumire: I don't know what you're saying, but I know what you do is wrong!

Kaitlyn: Our dad's aren't like that! Why did you take them from us..?

Mr. Vex: We have no meaningful use for them besides leverage for bringing that freak, Tensha, here. But now, we have the next best thing! The offspring–

Sumire clenches her fist, ki building up within her from pure anger and frustration

Sumire: Where's our dad's?!

With a press of a remote, a large screen displays a open area and in the corner are both Tenshi and Kaito

Mr. Vex: Go ahead and lower your fist, they're just through that door

Both Sumire and Kaitlyn run towards the exit door, shocked by what they see is on the other side. It's a massive arena style area. On the opposite side is Tenshi and Kaito, chained down and unconscious

Sumire & Kaitlyn: Daddy! / Dad!

As both girls fly towards their father's, they are suddenly halted by a blurry figure kicking both girls away

???: Get any closer and I'll make sure the next attack will be the last!

Kaitlyn: Owowowow!

Sumire: Ouchie...! What was– !?

Kaitlyn: N-no way...!

The girls view at the figure that stands in the way of their fathers. A muscular figure with a scars over his face and a metal collar, battle ready expression on his face, and the detail that shocks the girls the most– a tail! A Saiyan tail!
