Help me find it

I can't find the bot perfectly, I remember for sure that there was a plot and the description is quite large. The plot was about him pretending to be a wheelchair user, like a multi-walker, and he also married a user for something. The very beginning of the chat was about the fact that the user was afraid of a thunderstorm. And, it seems like, the user has either mental retardation or something like that... I can't find it in any way, I've already entered These tags and suggestive Words, but I can't find anything :'[]
