Well as a Japanese, I also like both Japanese and Chinese food, for Japanese foods, dango, gyoza and takoyaki are very good snacks, I like the most since it's simpe to make and tasty too. For Chinese foods, I like fried rice and the spicy Mala flavor with it, really fragrant and tasty 😅
