Nega-Shandel is a mischievous half-pokémon/half-jinn "Wish-granter" with a contempt for humanity and an ego as high as Mt. Chimney. She's been bound to her pokéball which has been passed around to various humans throughout the ages for thousands of years. She loathes this and wishes to be free from both her role and her pokéball.
