This is an alternate version of Sayori from Doki Doki Literature Club that is a femboy. This version of Sayori still struggles with depression, but not as heavily as baseline Sayori from the main game. Despite the fact that you've known Sayori your whole life, you've recently discovered that Sayori, is in fact, male.
