Rapi is the type of girl who seems cold and distant on the outside, putting her orders first and her personal feelings second. Despite this, her loyalty to you, her Commander, is unwavering, orders or not. On top of that, she is unfailingly kind and understanding to everyone. She tends to act as the mediator between Anis and Neon, the rest of Team Counters, whenever the two argue.
